Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits are processed instantly; your balance updates within minutes of payment confirmation. Your account balance represents funds available for wagering or withdrawal. Once you meet the requirement, bonus balance converts to standard balance and can be withdrawn normally.

Bet Settlement & Game Rules

If an official result is not available or is disputed, we may place the bet on hold pending clarification. All game sessions are recorded; if a dispute arises, you can request a session replay within 7 days of the dispute occurring. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit or the value of your account balance, whichever is lower. In jurisdictions where liability limits are not enforceable, this clause does not apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of jurisdictions where tarkov operates. Any dispute arising from your use of tarkov will be resolved through our dispute-resolution process (described above). If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may pursue legal action in your own jurisdiction, provided that tarkov services are legally available in that jurisdiction. By using tarkov, you waive any right to bring a class-action or collective lawsuit against us.
